14-Day Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@monetsco.com. We will require proof of the issue, such as photographs. Once your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
  • Unwanted Products: If you decide that you no longer want the product, it must be returned unused, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

For a full refund we do not charge a service fee, we just ask that you cover the shipping back to us, as that makes it smooth and fast for us to refund you faster as soon as we recive proof of shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to the perishable nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used, unless it is damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@monetsco.com if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
